Covid-19 & Cancer by CEO

A bold decision to sell shares in pursuit of rapid growth, coupled with the devastating impact of COVID-19, marked a turning point for the company. What began with vision and ambition was ultimately undone by global upheaval, strategic missteps, and a personal battle with cancer — a perfect storm that brought a powerful chapter to a close.

A new start...

We couldn’t turn our backs on the clients who had placed their trust in us. Out of that loyalty, Recall Hotels was born — a company founded to support them through uncertainty. Many of those clients immediately signed new management contracts with us, and to this day, they remain valued partners. While Recall didn’t scale significantly, its heart never wavered. For five years, the CEO underwent intensive cancer treatment in Europe, and during that time, the company focused on stability, integrity, and honoring its commitments above all else.

The Recall brand is entering a bold new chapter.
We’re refining and elevating everything we stand for — with a fresh identity, renewed energy, and a full team ready to deliver. In 2026, we’ll take on two new management contracts, and by March, we’ll relaunch our hotel consultancy division to support owners with visionary strategies and heartfelt expertise. This is more than a comeback — it’s a return to our former glory, powered by new concepts, vibrant ideas, and an unwavering commitment to soulful hospitality.
